CBD buds are the flowers of female hemp plants which have been specially bred to contain very high levels of cannabidiol and low levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). True hemp (Cannabis Sativa L), is not the same plant as Marijuana. True hemp is grown specifically for industrial purposes.

While CBD oil is derived from the flowers, leaves, and stalks of the hemp plant, hemp seed oil is different because it's produced only from the seeds of the plant. Like CBD oil, you won't get high from the use of hemp oil because it lacks the THC that's necessary to have a psychoactive effect.
